Challenge
Zebra Technologies, a mid-size manufacturer of high-quality barcode printers and supplies serves a wide range of industries through its international distributor network. In order to support its distributor network, Zebra maintains a number of sites and tools to aid distributors in buying wholesale goods, access marketing information, and manage invoices and billing inquires. Because marketing costs can be very high for smaller distributors, Zebra needed to implement a marketing tool that would allow distributors to 'customize' the design of their own marketing materials from a selection of provided templates.

Solution
Flair consultants worked closely with the Zebra team to identify site needs and requirements, and to integrate the new software tool within an existing Extranet site. In addition to providing overall project management and project planning services, Flair consultants developed the overall site architecture for application to work within the existing site and conducted testing to ensure an efficient solution. The project launched with great excitement among the distributor community. Flair continues to work closely with the Zebra team on ongoing content, IA and development projects.
