Lisa Kirschner
Lisa Kirschner, Flair's founder and CEO, has over 18 years of experience in Web
and software development. She has been a key player in the successful development and
implementation of hundreds of IT projects for Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized companies,
small businesses and startups. Her core competencies include project management,
content management, information architecture and usabilty, and her clients have included Sears,
McDonald's Corp., McGraw-Hill, Sportmart, vcapital, Zebra Technologies, Irwin Professional
Publishing, NTC-Contemporary Publishing and others.
Ms. Kirschner is proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Coldfusion, PHP and content management systems such as Interwoven TeamSite, Vignette, Day Communique, Hot Banana, Joomla! and more. She has been featured in Business Week and has written for numerous publications, including the Chicago Tribune and Office.com. She
received a bachelor's degree in Technical Communication from Iowa State University.

Stephanie Heying Bach
Stephanie Heying Bach has over 12 years of business and consulting experience, including Internet strategy, content strategy and content management, Web marketing, usability testing and focus group facilitation and project management. She has extensive industry experience in retail, real estate, healthcare and sales, and holds a master's degree in Communication Science from Northwestern University. Her current and previous clients include: McDonald's, Walgreen's, Northern Trust, Caremark, HEB Grocery, American Medical Association, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Christian Century magazine and Civitas Inititiative.
User Experience Lead
Stephen Jackson
Stephen Jackson is a user experience engineer with thirteen years of experience
developing solutions for the software industry. Holding a Master's degree in Cognitive
Psychology, he brings a wide breadth of academic knowledge as well as personal
experience to every project he handles. Most recently, he spent four years with IBM as
a lead usability engineer.
As a usability professional, Stephen brings a wide variety of testing and
measurement skills to the table. He is proficient in use case, workflow and task analysis
design and execution; usability testing methods (e.g., heuristic evaluations, competitive
reviews, prototype testing, card-sorting, etc.); ethnographic study methodologies; and
user-interface design skills. Stephen is adept at working to meet end user and business
requirements, as well as the need to continually educate and promote usability within the
corporate environment. He holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology from New
Mexico State University.
